Just got done writing a Google Review of my latest experience with Kal Tire in St Albert. Should have read the reviews to start with. Holy freeholy has this company gone to pot. Way more one and two star ratings at all of their locations than I would have ever expected and a lot of it is for poor and even really rude service. Company seems to comment on every review but sure don't seem to be doing much to fix the underlying problems.
This is another company that will end up going Bankrupt and then blame it on the Digital revolution when the issue is totally of their own making.
