That is true I am above sammi.....historically when the big 7 first came out some factory 175gr loads were around 3100fps...then they loaded it down...safe with my gun and a 24" tube...my 7weatherby was about 3425 - 3450 with 140gr ttsx with no pressure and room to grow... I always go up carefully by .5gr
