I got the 1100 version of the Louisiana and I have done 3 - 15lb briskets plus a couple Boston butts all at the same time on it! Haha! With the top rack the room is insane for a more cost effective unit.
The searing option is nice for sure.
I would do some hunting around. There are some deals out there if you look!
