Im close to this I am running 42.7gr H4350 and I get around 2840fps out of my 26" hawkhill MTU barrel. This is close to my max load with H4350. I have no idea what my friends are running in there RL16. I can find out if interested. I'd do load development to figure out your node and max load, the 140gr Creedmoor seems to love the 2700fps range which is around 41.5gr of H4350 using Lapua SRP brass and CCI450 primers.

That worked for me as I found a node at 2720 and 2830fps
