First ten games or so, he was undoubtedly the Flames best player. The last four though his SA% was below .900. When your opponent has two unassisted goals, of which one is short handed, and a PP marker, I don't think the blame can be fairly placed upon the goaltender.
I understand that Carolina tried to changes Lack's style of play to align more with Ward, and that Calgary is apparently letting him play his style so the hope is he'll perform like he did in Vancouver. That being said, I would like to see what Gillies can do.
