Since the talk has somewhat turned to what type of death sentence he should be handed out. I'd say they should tie him to a stake douse him with diesel roll a tire or two up against him then toss a match on the lot. He should die listening to his own scream.
Unfortunately our legal system does not permit justice be served on animals such as Garland and the Vaders of this world!
