Moisten the seeds, put them in a zip lock bag and place them somewhere warm (warm and dark is better)... plant the ones that sprout. Viability is hard to guess... I have had seeds that I have had in the cold room for 5 to 10 years that were still viable and I have had seed that I had just bought that had a less than 50% germination rate.
I have always thought that -9 was a nice winter day... then I moved to Calgary. I then found out that -9 was "OMG... it is soooo freakin' cold...." Go figure
