Winning fish there is usually mid to high 20's. My 23 lber won it last year.
I like chasing them out on the open water myself but that is a lot more work/harder to do then jigging them up at mouth of the river. Moutcha is probably the easiest place for someone to catch a spring out of a kayak.
They sold out last year so anyone interested in going should book early.
