Saying that, the home owner needs to understand that they assume all future liability, because a non accredited builder has nothing to lose. Maybe full disclosure at point of sale would solve some of these issues.
I suppose this answered my question. It will be just like the electrical and plumbing, can be done by myself but need someone to do the final hookups or sign off on the work???
