Was it skinned when you brought it in? Was the 64 lbs of trim made into sausage? 118 pounds at $1.00/pound, disposal fee, possibly skinning. 64 pounds of trim plus 20 pounds of pork at $2.00/pound makes 85 pounds of sausage at 3.00/pound. Maybe extra cost for patties, any jerky?
