My wife did a couple of grouse in the instapot using this recipe and it was amazing in my opinion. One of the few ways I have had grouse where it didn’t taste dry and tough
She uses the same recipe she uses for short ribs which are also amazing.
Served with a side of mashed potatoes and whatever veggie you prefer.
Hint. For best results use Wild Turkey bourbon, other bourbons work but the Wild Turkey gives it a spiced kick that really makes a difference.
