In all seriousness, the OP needs to focus on what his current diet is deficient in. Sounds like more than protein is needed. Calorie dense foods are very important. Stay away from empty calories that will impede your goals of gaining quality weight. I would also suggest blood work and and include getting your testosterone checked.
