As others have detailed, seems photos must be submitted to a forum in a method proven to work.
A possible limitation of viewing photos on a forum is the viewing tool. Most cell phones are not smart enough to fit an image onto its display. Cell downloads can be painfully slow with poor results. An I-pad or lap top is one step better, but still limited with a smaller display. A PC with Mac or Win 10 is smarter yet, thus less frustrating.
