Up until this year I just had to carry a signed WA19 from the landowner and I was good to go. This year I was asked to buy an additional license to trap on residential land for 21.00. I bought it this year, but I am considering telling them I won't buy it next year. I usually get 5-6 beaver off a problem area on private land every year. By the time I drive there and the fall beaver are poor to begin with, I'm in the hole.
