You will never get your meat processed individually there ,they only mass produce , If you deliver when they are boning out animals you will see many large cart with 4 to 5 animals per cart being boned and processed by numerous workers , everything and anything on the animal goes into the grinders. SO if you like a clean sausage , Go elsewhere .
