The picture doesn't show very well but he is a very dark chocolate, like an expresso color. It was hard to believe but he never had a mark on him till he came back from the tanners. Came back with a big tear on his nose.
Fortunately we know a creative taxidermist that will make it disappear. Rug is half done as we speak. I'm sure Hotpaws will post some more pics soon.
