I was told that back in the day, if you were a member of the cold lake fish & game club, you were given access to primrose lake. Memberships were $10 a year and the club had approximately 2000 members in it. Am pretty sure that there are quite a few people on this forum that had access to the lake in the past by being clf&g members.
