Mine is fixed full choke as well so I won't shoot steel for ducks but heard back in the day they were great on decoyed birds over water when lead was legal.
Now I prefer the 28 to everything else I own.

I dont have a 28 but would love pick one up in a semi. I know that is not as cool as a classic sxs or o/u but I love a semi-auto scatter gun
