Sounds like December was a bad time for Kent, I had an order go astray in December as well and Kent refilled it as soon as I let him know it was 3 weeks overdue. I have been buying materials from him for 7 or 8 year now and have never had any negative transactions. Quite the opposite, I have always received full value or beyond.
