I would say it depends on how rough you are going to be with them. If you dont plan on climbing over rocks and running through dense brush, then you should be able to stay under 250 no problem. I have had a set of the white river waders, and the Reddington ones (both on the cheaper end) and they have been pretty great. even if you get a small hole, just go grab a patch kit. I dont think waders are something you need to over complicate.
