1 Uloric a day for me too!
Works great. But I still cant drink beer. One beer and it triggers it for me.
I still eat a ton of red meat (inlaws are beef farmers) Drink hard alcohol, eat what I want but not out of control and I dont get gout very often, but I drink 2-3L of water a day, everyday.
I always have Colchicene and Indomethicin on me just in case.
