I've only ever hunted with people I already knew. I'd risk a local few-hour hunt with a stranger from the forum here but no way am I going on a multi-day hunt or trip anywhere with people I don't know. Maybe go on a couple of shortie hunts before you depart for the big one, but frankly I'd postpone a big one for next year.
