I didn’t ferment it but it would be worth it as it’s frighten expensive.

There are local buyers who grow fantasticngarlic and I really do try and avoid the Chinese stuff. The Italian supermarket on Southland drive in Calgary has good garlic (seasonally) and it’s worth every penny.
