Thanks jcampenot, just got past the half way mark in filling the target today.
Bag of close from another friend next door and a few faded camos too worn to
use any more went into the target today.

Got out with the wife to do some smallmouth fishing down at the river this
morning and again for a few hours this evening. We caught 2 each, little guys
but just the same was sweet to be on the river again. Been a long time. :-)
There is something about the silence and the solitude and the softness of
standing on a river bank early in the morning. It's can't help but put your mind
in a feeling of rest and well being, few times or places can do this like it does.
You simply have to be there to know it. :-)

Six baby barred plymouth rocks got moved out from the basement to their
new home in the chicken house today, to replenish the stock.
I wanted to set up my trail cam on the run before it got dark but ran out of time.
Red foxes are in area no doubt will be trying to get after the chickens
soon enough. Garden needs to be finished tilling and get planted, crops in the
pots are getting on.

I want to pick up some bags of sand to stop the grass from growing up under
and around the target, trip to home depot for that.

This list.. :-)

Need to check out some new box calls for the fall, turks are getting to used
to my voice...
