I will switch to PolyTar when I have scalp issues. Also found a Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength helps out too.
I don't use them for extended periods, seems to help me.
If I get persistent itchy bumps, I use a Psoriasis topical ointment, I dab it on before going to bed.
