Maybe so but I would guess the original poster was probably looking for a common sight in distance for a .22. Mil dots or no, 160 yards is a long poke for a .22, and if it’s windy you’re really going to have trouble. I bang away at gophers out at 100 and past sometimes too but that doesn’t mean it’s a good distance to sight one in at, if we are looking at normal hunting situations.
