You went to them. Remind them of that. They made the offer and accepted, remind them of that. If they won't stick to the original deal, and they won't, walk to the next place.
It is 100% a buyers market right now.
Don't be in a huge rush, they smell that like rotting flesh in the water, which is what they feed on.
