As far as my own personal firearms go, they all have a price tag. But those that I would never sell are those that were inherited by my wife.
1. A Savage 6D rimfire. Although technically not mine, I really like this gun.
2. A Lakefield Mossberg .410 bolt action. That one could go if it were mine, but again, it's my wife's inheritance.
3. A Remington Wingmaster in 12 ga. She bought that with her babysitting money. It's absolutely gorgeous. I bought a new barrel for it with screw in Remchokes. I could part with it, but then again it isn't mine to sell.
4. Finally, is a Savage 1899B that I bought at auction with the intention to flip it. She fondled it and asked that I never sell it. So, I made it her's and now as I've gifted it, it is no longer mine.
My own personal guns can come and go. I don't fell any attachment. However if one were to want to purchase my Marlin .444 and my 788 in .222 Rem, they'd have to pay a premium price.
I have an Ugartechea 28 ga. that I won by purchasing tickets for $100.00. I've been offered $3500.00 for it. I don't think so.
