I can't say I get sentimental about my guns, I just really appreciate fine craftsmanship and like owning it. I could have been a swiss watch collector, but I got a Python first!
Maybe the only 'sentimental' thing I own is an old Krug swivel oak stool that came out of my dad's shop. I sat on that thing for many hours when I was a kid, 'watching' the counter, stamping his invoice books, coloring....it's a nice stool. probably 60-70 years old and still as solid as the day it was made.
