Fantastic!
I used 1.5lbs Alberta free range elk
mixed with 1lbs ground pork. Made a tzatziki sauce instead of the sweet stuff.
I've been drooling over this recipe since the thread started. Thank you AlbTuff!
The family loved it and we will be making this again.
