Try finding deadfall branches along the west end of Crawling Valley. Did I mention that there is often in excess of 30 holes by the time we are done?
Back to the original point of the thread. I think if you are cutting anything bigger than a double hole it should be marked before you leave. Can you imagine driving off the ice after fishing an evening bite for walleye and driving into a 2 foot x 2 foot hole? Wowzers!
