Being new to the internet, phone only access, & somewhat paranoid, I still have concerns re: intellectual property rights on these "Cloud" store-for- free sites. I stumbled on just sending the pic to myself (no app req'd ) to reduce the resolution, and cking the "Manage Attachments" below your text input on your "Post reply" screen.
At least it works. I guess if everyone did this, we'd need to pass the hat for more server space.
