I would take them down, when the owner comes looking for them, he would discover that his permission is revoked , and to receive his trailcams back, he would sign a letter stating that he will never set foot on the property again, or it will be considered trespassing. That way, I have proof, that he is aware that his permission is revoked, in case he returns.
