I don't know about a ladies night at Dewinton but Silver Willow often has a program for ladies starting to shoot, you could call them and ask if they have any programs currently running.
Having your wife learn to shoot with some other ladies is a good way to go as she will feel more comfortable than with a bunch of crusty old men who've been shooting for decades.
