If you can, take it back where you bought it and exchange it. If it is too late to do that send it back to Caldwell as they have a lifetime warranty, no point in having one that is that far off. For Canadian you do need to find the service center up here, I don't know who that is but you can call Caldwell U.S. and they should be able to tell you. Let us know how you make out.
