Trump is an imbecil, and I don't mean that as an insult. He really is. The guys an idiot, sexist, misogynist, biggott who generally appeals to his like. The reason that he is liked by so many is that he reflects the worst parts of humanity and its comforting for them to think that their grubby little ideas and persona are shared by a President.
