2nd vote for the blaser k95.
Love mine to pieces. It takes down, i use it for sheep hunting, lives in my pack, it does regular deer stuff just fine too. Mine is set up to go 600 and you can take it apart and put it back together all day it will shoot moa groups in my hands in field conditions to 600 (read sub-moa easy on the bench...factory ammo). The handling, feel, quality, accuracy....is as good as it gets imo but you'll need some dollars to get one. Scope mount alone are about 600 bucks and it is also a switch barrel, add a few calibers if you want. Highest quality rig i've ever owned. Versatile af too. Drop the scope off and use the iron sights. Bare without scope its like 5 1/2 lbs. .270 win with 23 5/8" barrel.
