Totally agree. Some of those headlights are absolutely obnoxious, not to mention illegal and very dangerous. I've been blinded by those oncoming "upgraded" vehicles several times.
It's time the Insurance Companies got involved if the Cops won't do it. .. but hey,are they cool or what ?
