Supper simple Asian Salmon Brine
Makes approx 2l
1 Jar 900G Bulgogi Sauce
Fill empty jar with cold water
pour in container
add 1/3 cup kosher salt
1/2 lb Brown sugar
place in non-reactive container with salmon strips for 12-18 hours
Let dry til tacky
smoke/cook to your tastes- I like it tea smoked
Bulgogi is a Korean Sweet/Salty BBQ sauce
