Wholeale sports in edmonton has a Marlin 795 semi with clip same as model 60 but the 60 has tube feed not clip. Price is $139... don't know why anyone would buy used at that price. I am waiting to pick one up for my kid.. supposed to be in stock next week.
I have an old cooey as well love it but the Marlins are a great little gun my dad had a 60 for years. Out of the box they are as good as or more accurate then a ruger 10/22 but Marlin does not have the aftermarket parts the 10/22 does. You can spend some money and great a great 10/22 but for the price you can not beat the marlin for targets or gophers.
If you want add a scope for $20-30 and you will have years of shooting ahead of you.
If putting lots of shells through the gun make sure you clean it well.. it will prevent copper and powder buildup int he barrel and help your accuracy.
