There is! The criminal currently in charge wants to implement another step in the long process of civilian disarmament so that little criminals like Ryan Watson won't have to face a similar situation in the future. 
The current system and legal industry help to stimulate the economy; the progressive hypocrites have no intention to implement actual justice.
