Just trying to figure out your problem.
You make leaders and want to store them? Ziplock bag.
You tie a leader onto each rapala? Not sure why you would do this but sounds like it it is what you do. I just tie leader onto main line then switch rapalas out, faster and less finicky then tying leader on each time. If set on this method then I would coil leader up and secure with twist ties prior to storage.
Its the rapalas you aren't sure how to store? Most guys use the plano stowaway type containers.
