So much talk about the .17 Hornet I just had to take it out into the gopher patch for one last time... And again it failed to disappoint..Pretty easy hits from 40 - 400yds. 25 gr. v-max H4198 powder.
One word of caution to those thinking about reloading for this cartridge and that is to stay clear of Hornady dies. I have had two sets of them and they are junk, buy RCBS or better and enjoy.
