The bigger question is why did both turbos go? One possibly but both was caused by something else. Really don't replace turbos very often. Did they tell you what caused both to go? What were your problems with the truck that you brought it in?
The Ford parts come with 2 year unlimited km warranty. Parts and labour. Or they do at the dealer I work at. Should be the same there.
If the cheaper ones fail under the warranty timeframe will they cover the labour to replace or only the part. This would come from the part manufacturer not who is installing them.
