Nope.
Still active. 5’10 and 170 lbs. Diet is solid. Put boots on three peaks in the last few years with my kids, with another planned this summer.
Been busting my arse at physical labour since I could walk.
Stepping into an administrative role has been easy, but seems to have had some sneaky side effects. Lol
