I would bet a wolf 100%. The track looks displaced because it was most likely running, the foot then slides a little elongating the toes. The tracks going in the opposite direction are easy to tell as a wolf. The only difference is the gate. Look at the stride length as well. That would rule out wolverine and most other critters mentioned.
