Yep,,,,, the higher the reserve capacity , the better for longevity on the water.

These are big batteries physically but they do last longer. I found a group 31 with 210 min RP. At any rate I keep two batteries for my trolling motor (one as a back up spare for those week long fishing trips away from electrical power). I run a smaller group 24 600 CC amp battery for starting the engine. This battery also runs the sonar.
