I'd have to pick my 280AI custom for this category. Reason being in late 2011, early 2012 I put together 2 almost identical 700's, one LH and one RH. Righty for me, lefty for my oldest son. Both built on late 70's 700 actions. Both have McMillan Edge handles and 9" twist #2 Shilen barrels. LH @ 22", mine @ 23". Mine wears a Rifle Basix trigger, the lefty wears a Timney. Both have PT&G firing pin assemblies. They are also black nitrided. Eric has taken a few animals and put a lot of miles on his and it shows. He says he'll never part with it. As long as he has his, I'll have mine.
