We had a bobcat spend 2 days hanging around our chicken coop about a month ago. You could get about five feet away from it at night but in the day light it was shy. Dog chased it away the second morning and it never came back. First one I have ever seen in the Hinton area. It was about the same time that the one was supposed to have been trapped. I asked around about that one, The guy that I heard caught it told me he had caught a cougar and F&W had not heard of a bobcat been caught.
