Thanks, was a pretty fun trip overall and the weather was amazing. My son was pretty tickled with that Burbot. We were sure he had a good Laker on with the run it took and it was a bit of a surprise.

I'd really like to try a Haat rod and plan to pick one up. I used one of the Jason Mitchell Macks for a baitcaster this season and it seemed like I lost a lot of fish on it, there isn't a lot of bend to absorb headshakes.
